COACHING FAQ

  • Typical coaching sessions are 60 minutes. However, we offer session lengths anywhere from 15-minute phone calls to all-day strategic planning workshops.

  • Our coaching is all about you! Initially, we will spend time with you to understand your personality, gifts, talents, passions, dreams, and goals for life and business.

    In our coaching sessions, we will help you set goals, create new habits, overcome setbacks, and stay focused.

  • We believe that meeting in person is most beneficial for everyone involved. However, we are flexible and can meet virtually upon request.

  • Meeting for a "quick fix" to a problem is rarely helpful. We believe coaching is a process. We see the greatest growth and return on investment over a long-term relationship. Average coaching relationships last a minimum of 6 months and can continue for multiple years. We are in this with you for the long haul and are dedicated to your success.

I specialize in creating simple and life-changing strategic plans that help people get organized and regain control of their lives and work. It brings me great joy to sit down with people and plan out their future and walk the plan out with them each step of the way.

I dedicate my life to learning about God, people, and the workplace so that I can help all people fulfill their own unique and God-given purpose. It is my goal to help you become more focused, intentional, and hope-filled when it comes to your life and work.
