Once we have your objectives and goals defined, we will put them into a strategic plan that will bring them to reality. Together we will walk through each step of comepleting this plan and ensure you fulfill the work you set out to. You will learn how to master the systems and habits you establish.

COACHING FAQ

Typical coaching sessions are 60 minutes. However, we offer session lengths anywhere from 30-minute meetings to week-long strategic planning workshops.

Our coaching is all about you! Initially, we will spend time with you to understand your personality, gifts, talents, passions, dreams, and goals for life and business.
In our coaching sessions, we will help you set goals, create new habits, overcome setbacks, and stay focused.

We believe that meeting in person is most beneficial for everyone involved. However, we are flexible and can meet virtually upon request.

Coaching is a process. Meeting for a "quick fix" to a problem is rarely helpful. We see the greatest growth and return on investment over a long-term relationship. Average coaching relationships last a minimum of 6 months and can continue for multiple years. We are in this with you for the long haul and are dedicated to your success, no matter how long it takes.
